Hawkins Companies application to the City of Boise Design Review team was assessed and quickly approved last week. The first phase of this project includes creating a main entrance on 8th Street, adding horizontal canopies that extend over the sidewalks, painting, and revising signage.

With the purchase of Capitol Terrace property on the corner of 8th and Main, Hawkins Companies is committed to investing in this property and revitalizing the building to the redevelopment standards established in Boise’s downtown core.
