Near the base off the Estrella Mountains and twenty minutes west from downtown Phoenix is one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona: Goodyear. Goodyear is also the home of one of Hawkins Companies many shopping centers anchored by Sportsman’s Warehouse. However, this particular 45,860 square foot Sportsman’s Warehouse was a challenge in that city codes required a building,with plenty of architectural changes including slate and steel trellises. As always, Hawkins Companies was up to the test and delivered this building on the corner of McDowell and Dysart in record time, in less than four months.
