Description
Found in the largest city in Alaska, this shopping center at the corner of Dimond and Old Seward in Anchorage was Hawkins Companies’ largest remodel project. Previously a dilapidated K-Mart building whose main visitors were travelers in RVs looking for a place to spend the night, Hawkins Companies purchased this 21 plus acre site in 2003 and converted it into the bustling shopping center seen today. Anchored by Sportman’s Warehouse, Petco, OfficeMax and Michael’s, this successful remodel is now a gem nestled under the spectacular Chugach Mountains.
