Accounts Payable Specialist

Boise Location

Typical Day in the Life

  • Invoice processing-indexing and coding
  • Vendor set up
  • This is an 8-5 Monday thru Friday position
  • Check runs/batch creation
  • Daily cash sheets
  • AP supporting schedules
  • ACH/Wires/auto deducts
  • LOC paydowns, draw request
  • PM property taxes, tenant billings
  • 1099’s/1096’s
  • Chart of account changes, entity setup, JE’s
  • Be a backup for our current AP person

 

Accounts Payable Experience Required:

  • 5-7 Years in an accounts payable position
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service oriented
  • You will need to manage your time and prioritize work based on urgency and business needs
  • You will need to be able to communicate well with your team to achieve the highest level of work product
  • Detail oriented
  • Clerical/accounting/mathematical skills

 

Accounts Payable Experience Desired:

  • MRI/Nexus
  • Ability to juggle and meet multiple deadlines

Position is full-time in our Boise office. We do offer a hybrid work schedule. We offer a competitive benefit package. Education and/or Certification:

  • Accounting classes or degree is a plus not required
