Typical Day in the Life

  • The Help Desk Support Technician is the first point of contact for the internal IT department so your primary responsibility will be answering and responding to help desk tickets
  • You will be troubleshooting and resolving issues daily and learning about our unique business applications and how to manage them
  • This is an 8-5 Monday thru Friday position with some afterhours support
  • You will have your own office and will be provided a laptop and cellphone to perform support duties as needed from any location.
  • This position will be primarily an onsite position with the flexibility to work from home on occasion
  • You will need to manage your time and prioritize request based on urgency and business needs\
  • You will need to be able to communicate well with your internal IT team to achieve the highest level of support and teamwork

Help Desk Support Technician Experience Required:

  • 1-2 Years in a desktop support environment supporting both in-person and remote desktop issues
  • Experience supporting Microsoft desktop environments and the Microsoft suite of products
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to diagnose issues with desktops, mobile devices, networks, and applications
  • Customer service experience or internal company support experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs

Help Desk Support Experience Desired:

  • 1-2 Years of technical formal training or schooling related to IT
  • Knowledge of supporting Mac Environments, iOS devices, and endpoints
  • Knowledge of security practices and methods to secure a corporate network
  • Rudimentary knowledge and understanding of SQL databases and how they function
  • Supporting employees working in a hybrid and remote environment

Position is full-time in our Boise office. We do offer a hybrid work schedule. We offer a competitive benefit package.
