At HAWKINS, we are thrilled to celebrate Rob Dickinson’s achievement as a recipient of the Leaders in Law award, presented by the Idaho Business Review last November. This prestigious honor recognized Rob’s dedication to legal excellence, his commitment to serving the community, and his role as a leader within our company and throughout Idaho.
Rob’s passion for the law began in high school, inspired by the direct impact that legal systems have on individuals and communities. Even as he started his career and family after graduation, his ambition to become an attorney remained strong. Ultimately, Rob made the courageous decision to pursue law, laying the foundation for a career marked by professionalism and integrity.
Throughout his journey, Rob credited influential mentors like Brett Hamm and Rich Andrus for shaping his approach to the profession. Their guidance in integrity, problem-solving, and career development left a lasting impression, which Rob carried into his own work and mentorship of others.
Rob’s legal career was built on values such as humility, fairness, loyalty, and teamwork. He consistently demonstrated a reputation for being easy to work with, while delivering best-in-class results for his clients and colleagues.
Outside of his day-to-day responsibilities, Rob gave back to the community through pro bono legal work, serving as a scholarship judge and guest speaker at the University of Idaho College of Law, and presenting legal topics to students throughout the Treasure Valley.
We are proud to congratulate Rob Dickinson for winning the Leaders in Law award.
