HAWKINS is proud to announce the grand opening of The Denton Apartments, a new milestone in our ongoing commitment to increasing affordable housing in our community.
Located near St. Al’s in Boise, The Denton is the result of a successful partnership with The Pacific Companies and the utilization of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This project represents a significant achievement for our team.
The Denton Apartments offer beautiful, modern facilities designed to meet the needs of local residents and to help address the growing demand for affordable housing in Boise. The completion of this project is a testament to the hard work and collaboration of everyone involved.
To mark this special occasion, a Grand Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting was held on December 9th at 11:00am. Attendees had the opportunity to tour the new facility and see firsthand the impact this project will have on our community.
We are excited to celebrate this important step with our partners, neighbors, and the broader Boise community, as we continue working toward a future where quality housing is accessible for all.
