Made possible in part through a $6.7 million investment of Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funds by the City of Boise, Denton represents a meaningful public-private partnership committed to expanding access to quality, affordable housing in the Treasure Valley.

The community offers 193 thoughtfully designed apartment homes — including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans — serving residents earning 80% of the Area Median Income or less, with 19 homes dedicated to Our Path Home for families exiting homelessness.

The development delivers a well-rounded amenity package designed for comfort and connection, including a community room, fully equipped fitness center, onsite parking, indoor bike storage, and a 22,000 SF second-floor courtyard featuring playgrounds and picnic and barbeque areas ideal for outdoor gathering.
