This afternoon, we had the pleasure of welcoming Belong Co. to our office for a mid-summer ice cream social! From 1:30 to 3:30 PM, our office was filled with sweet treats, laughter, and the kind of spontaneous storytelling that makes our Hawkins community so special. Whether it was catching up on summer adventures or simply enjoying a few quiet minutes with coworkers, it was a reminder of how important it is to pause and connect.
Belong Co. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that creates meaningful social and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. Through handcrafted ice cream and community-centered events, they help foster inclusion, purpose, and connection. Their mission aligns beautifully with our values at Hawkins, and we were honored to have them join us for such a joyful and inspiring afternoon.
