Devin has a passion for technology and a proven ability to guide organizations through major transitions. With more than 20 years of IT leadership and hands-on experience, he directs the IT function at Hawkins, overseeing infrastructure, security, and enterprise operations while ensuring technology investments align with business goals.

He has led the company through significant technology transformations, moving from legacy environments to modern, cloud-first operations and introducing governance frameworks that improve security, efficiency, and collaboration. Devin also places a strong focus on mentoring his team, developing talent, and building a culture of adaptability and problem-solving across the organization.

Outside of the office, Devin enjoys producing electronic music, van life, snowboarding, and mountain biking in the Boise foothills. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an AAS degree in Computer Networking.
