Mindy has over 21 years of experience in retail real estate management and 12 years of retail management. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and holds the IREM CPM and ICSC CSM and CRX designations. Mindy is the 2017 Chair of the Legislative Public Policy Committee with the Institute of Real Estate Management and 2017 President-Elect for the Downtown Boise Association.

Mindy works with her team to ensure that every aspect of property management is completed in a professional and competent manner. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: lease management, budget preparation/compliance, property maintenance and operations and tenant/vendor relationships. Mindy is also responsible for the company’s employee functions such as picnics, cruises and holiday celebrations.
