Recently, some of our team came together for a three-hour professional development workshop called “The Style of Showing Up”, led by the dynamic and insightful Laura Tully.
Laura brought her signature warmth and expertise to guide our team through the power of personal style — not just in what we wear, but in how we show up. The session explored how authenticity, confidence, and intentional presence can strengthen relationships, communication, and leadership across every level of our organization.
The workshop was more than a style conversation — it was an invitation to think about how we represent ourselves, our values, and the HAWKINS community every day.
